Returns & Exchanges
We want to make sure you love your new wearable selfcare! But if something isn't quite perfect, no worries! Here's how to easily exchange or return your items:
FREE EXCHANGE
If you have any hesitation, you have 14 days to initiate a free exchange for your order. We kindly ask that the items are unworn, with all tags and accessories still attached, and ideally in their original packaging.
Simply send a note to bonjour@elastiqueathletics.com within 14 days of receiving your items to coordinate your free exchange.
RETURN
Return window: You have 14 days from receiving your order to send it back to us.
Items in top condition: For us to accept the return, we kindly ask that the items are unworn, with all tags and accessories still attached, and ideally in their original packaging.
What to include when requesting a return:
- Your order number
- A list of the items you'd like to return
- The reason for your return (feel free to include a picture if it helps!)
How to return your items:
- Simply send an email to our friendly customer care team at bonjour@elastiqueathletics.com with the information above.
- They'll process your request and send you a return shipping label by email.
- Drop off your package at any post office? There will be a $15 return shipping fee deducted from your refund to cover the carrier's costs.
- Once we receive your return, our team will check it over and process your refund within 10-14 days.

RETURN DURING THE 'BUY MORE SAVE MORE' PROMOTION
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase, and we’re here to ensure you still benefit from our promotions while maintaining fairness. Here’s how we manage returns for our "Buy More, Save More" offer:
- If a return changes your total purchase below a certain discount threshold, your order will be recalculated to the new applicable discount level.
- You’ll receive a refund for the returned item(s), adjusted to reflect any difference in discount for the final quantity of items you keep.
SOMETHING TO NOTE
We're shoppers too! And we understand not getting sizing right the first time. So, all exchanges within the continental U.S. are on us.
If you are outside the continental U.S., you will be responsible for covering the return and exchange shipping fees.
