Which products are covered by HSA/FSA?

All of our wellness garments are qualified for HSA/FSA. However, coverage depends on your insurance company and the Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) that you receive from Truemed. Simply fill out their form to assess your eligibility.

What is the approval process to start using my HSA/FSA funds at Elastique?

Truemed is our partner in ensuring you can use your HSA funds at Elastique Athletics. All you have to do is fill out their 2-minute evaluation form, and they'll let you know in a few days via email if you're qualified to use your HSA/FSA funds at Elastique Athletics.

I wasn't approved to use my HSA/FSA funds at checkout. What next?

If your order was denied for HSA/FSA approval, please reach out to your insurance provider, as they decide which products they are willing to cover. We also recommend reaching out to Truemed in case they need you to write another Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) which they can resend to your insurance company. You can contact Truemed via email at support@truemed.com. Be sure to provide them with your email address and your order number.

I'm not seeing Truemed at checkout. Where can I find it?

The Truemed option won't be under the "Express Checkout" or if Shop Pay is pre-selected, so once you enter your shipping information and go to "Payment," you'll see "Truemed - Pay with HSA/FSA" as an option. Please note that this option won't be present if you are checking out with Shop Pay - you need to check out as a guest.
